Python libraries for NLP

NLTK : Natural Language Toolkit 

It is a suite of text processing libraries (i.e. tokenization, stemming, tagging, parsing) and it includes more than 50 corpora and lexical sources such as WordNet, the Penn Treebank Corpus etc.
